When one of your customers purchases your software using the setSystems
secure online order system, or orders via phone, Fax, or e-mail, setSystems
will automatically send you a notification so that you can fulfill the order.
The notifications sent to you should be kept for future reference, and can be
used as month-end reconciliation tools.
Because setSystems is concerned about security, you will receive only the following
information from the customer's order:
A sample order notification is provided below. While it is possible to customize
the order notification, doing so will require extra time and may incur additional fees.
If you require any additional information, you will be provided a secure URL
to use along with the Order ID to get additional information without compromising the
customer's privacy and security.
