If you have purchased software through setSystems, and have selected immediate download of your purchase, this form will verify your access to the software and begin the download process. Please enter the Order ID of your order, and the E-Mail address you used when ordering to verify your access. Press the Download button to begin downloading the registered version of your software. If the Order ID and E-Mail address do not match those contained in our records, access to the software you are requesting will be denied. Please remember that when asked for a username and password, your username is your Order ID, and your password is your e-mail address. You will have acccess to the software you purchased for three (3) days. After this period, you must contact sales@setsystems.com to obtain access to the software you have purchased. If you encounter any difficulty during the download process, please try again. Some versions of Microsoft® Internet Explorer will not complete the transfer in its entirety. If this should happen to you, please contact us at support@setsystems.com and we will arrange to have the software e-mailed or delivered to you. Please pay careful attention to where you place the downloaded file. setSystems cannot help you find the file if you have misplaced it on your hard drive. If you are unable to locate the downloaded file on your computer, please use the Windows 95 Start|Find|Files or Folders feature or the File|Search option in File Manager for Windows 3.1x. |
