setSystems is a secure e-commerce solutions provider. So what does that mean? That means that we provide independent shareware developers with top rate internet-based order processing and we provide customers with a vast selection of quality products and unparalleled service.

Does setSystems create any software?
No. setSystems is a reseller of quality shareware. It is difficult for independent software developers to create e-commerce web sites to allow their customers to place orders over the internet. This is where setSystems comes in. We provide an easy, fast, and inexpensive way to connect software developers with their customers.

What products does setSystems sell?
setSystems offers many different titles. To see if we list a specific title, feel free to search for it using our Product Search feature. Some of our more popular titles include GetRight - a popular download utility, MilkShape 3D - a powerful 3D modeling software package, and Solsuite - a collection of over 255 fun and challenging solitaire games. To purchase any title, you can either follow the links from the developer's site, or you can search for the product using our Product Search feature.

What is shareware?
Shareware is a general term used to describe a particular marketing strategy. The shareware marketing strategy allows you, the customer, to try the software before you purchase it. The software developer will distribute the software and allow potential customers to use the software for a period of time free of charge. Yes. setSystems makes use of the latest encryption software available. Our orders are encrypted using 128 bit SSL encryption. Will setSystems give or sell my personal information to anyone?
At setSystems, we are dedicated to your privacy and safety. We do not divulge, resell, or indiscriminantly distribute the information we receive from you. However, in the process of taking your order, we do need provide certain information to the developer of the software your are purchasing. This information includes your name, your company's name (if provided), your address, and your telephone number. In other words, we only give your information to those who need it to get your software to you as soon as possible! We will never sell your information to anyone, and we take great care to protect your information from advertisers, spammers, and the like. All information shared with setSystems remains private.

My software doesn't work! What do I do?
We are sorry that you are experiencing problems. Unfortunately, setSystems is just a reseller of the software, so we do not have technical details about your software. For technical support, you will need to contact the developer of the program. You can look for a way to contact the developer by going to the website you received the software from, or by looking into the software's documentation to find contact information. The author of the software will be glad to help you, especially if you have registered the software!
